El817 4 PIN DIP Phototransistor Photocoupler

The EL817C of devices each consist of an infrared emitting diode, optically coupled to a phototransistor detector. EL817C optocoupler are packaged in a 4-pin DIP package and available in wide-lead spacing and SMD options.

EL817C operates up to +110°C with creepage distance > 7.62mm.
