TPS54202HDDCR is a 4.5V to 28V input voltage range, 2A synchronous buck converter. The device includes two integrated switching FETs, internal loop compensation, and 5ms internal soft-start to reduce component count. By integrating MOSFETs and in a SOT-23 package, high power density is achieved and a small footprint on the PCB is provided. Advanced Eco-Mode implementation maximizes light-load efficiency and reduces power consumption. The TPS54202DDCR can be used for hash board repair.
