The U2J 2A 600V ultrafast recovery rectifier is packaged in a small and compact SMB package with J-Bend leads and is lightweight. Ideal for high voltage, high frequency rectification, or as freewheeling and protection diodes in surface mount applications. Lead−free and RoHS compliant.
