LM5106MM/NOPB

LM5106MM/NOPB is a 100V half-bridge gate driver with programmable dead time, designed to drive high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. The floating high-side driver can operate at rail voltages up to 100V. A single control input is compatible with TTL signal levels, and a single external resistor programs the switching dead time through a closely matched turn-on delay circuit.
