TL783CKCSE3 is an adjustable three-terminal high voltage regulator. When used with an external resistor divider, the output can be adjusted from 1.25 V to 125 V, and the DMOS output transistor can provide more than 700 mA of current. It is designed for high voltage applications where standard bipolar regulators cannot be used. Through circuit design and advanced layout technology, it has achieved superior performance specifications that are superior to most bipolar regulators. 0.15% typical output voltage regulation, 76dB typical ripple suppression.
