NCEP40T13GU N-Channel MOSFET transistor 40V 130A

NCEP40T13GU is a MOSFET chip on the Whatsminer M10 hash board, which can provide the most efficient high-frequency switching performance due to its unique, optimized Super Trench technology. Both conduction and switching power losses are minimized due to the extremely low combination of RDS(ON) and Qg. The device is ideal for high-frequency switching and synchronous rectification.
