HIP4081AIBZ

HIP4081AIBZ is a high-frequency, medium-voltage full-bridge N-channel FET driver IC. It can drive all possible switch combinations, except those that cause shoot-through conditions. The short propagation delay of approximately 55ns maximizes the control loop crossover frequency and dead time, which can be adjusted to close to zero to minimize distortion, thereby achieving fast and precise control of the drive load.
