MAX809S is a microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit on the Loveminer A1 hash board. The silkscreen mark is ADAA. It mainly monitors the power supply in μP and digital systems. When used with +5V, +3.3V, +3.0V, or +2.5V supply circuits, they require no external components and adjustments, providing excellent circuit reliability and low cost.
The MAX809S offers reset thresholds suitable for operation over a wide range of supply voltages and features a push-pull output. The MAX809 has an active-low RESET output, and the reset comparator is designed to ignore fast transients on VCC and guarantee the output is in the correct logic state for VCC as low as 1V.
