L293NE
L293NE is a four-channel high-current half-H driver in a 16-pin DIP package. The driver is designed to drive inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, DC and bipolar stepper motors, and other high current/high voltage loads in positive power applications. All inputs are TTL compatible. Each output is a complete totem pole drive circuit with Darlington transistor receiver and pseudo Darlington source. Through correct data input, each pair of drives forms a full H (or bridge) reversible drive. The external high-speed output clamp diode is used for inductive transient suppression.
