TLV61048

TLV61048 can be configured as 600 kHz for higher efficiency, or as 1 MHz for smaller inductors and output capacitors. At light loads, the device enters PFM operation to achieve higher efficiency. TLV61048 has a built-in 2 ms soft start to minimize inrush current.
