TPIC6A595NE is an 8-bit monolithic high-voltage power supply logic shift register designed for systems that require relatively high load power. Each open-drain DMOS transistor has an independent chopper current-limiting circuit to prevent damage in the event of a short circuit. Data is transmitted through the shift register and the storage register on the rising edges of the shift register clock and the register clock respectively. When the shift register clear (SRCLR)\ is high, the storage register transfers data to the output buffer. When SRCLR\ is low, the input shift register is cleared.
