TLV62130 is the chip of the power supply unit of Antminer s9 main control board. Suitable for 3.3v, 2.5v, 1.8v, 1.5v power supply units. The TLV62130 device is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC-DC converter optimized for high power density applications. The high switching frequency (typically 2.5 MHz) allows the use of small inductors. It has a wide operating input voltage range of 3V to 17V, making it ideal for systems powered by Li-Ion or other batteries and a 12V intermediate supply rail. It supports up to 3A continuous current output at 0.9 V to 5.5 V output current (100% duty cycle mode).

The output voltage start-up ramp is controlled by the soft-start pin, which allows operation as an independent power supply or tracking control. In power-save mode, the device draws about 19 wA of quiescent current from Vin. If the load is light, the power saving mode is automatically and seamlessly entered.
