This transistor is a 1-bit non-inverting converter using two independent configurable power rails. The A port is designed to track VCCA. VCCA accepts supply voltages from 0.9V to 3.6V. The B port is designed to track VCCB. VCC accepts supply voltages from 0.9V to 3.6V. This allows low voltage bidirectional translation between 1V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, and 3.3V. Also fully specified for partial power down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the output, preventing damaging current flow back through the device in the event of a power outage. This chip is commonly used in the voltage level conversion circuit of the Antminer S19+ hash board and is the equivalent chip of the SN74AUP1T34DCKR U2E conversion chip.
