TLV61046A

TLV61046A integrates a 30V power switch, an input-to-output isolation switch and a rectifier diode. It can input and output voltages up to 28 V from a lithium battery or two alkaline batteries in series.

The TLV61046A operates at a switching frequency of 1.0 MHz. This allows the use of small external components. By connecting the FB pin to the VIN pin, the TLV61046A has an internal default 12V output voltage setting. The TLV61046A has a typical 980mA switch current limit, and it has a built-in soft-start time of 7 milliseconds to reduce inrush current. When the TLV61046A is in shutdown mode, the isolation switch will disconnect the output from the input to minimize leakage current. TLV61046A also implements output short-circuit protection, output over-voltage protection and thermal shutdown.
