REF5040ID

REF5040ID is a series of low-noise, low-drift, very high-precision voltage references. These reference voltage sources can sink and source current, and have excellent line and load regulation capabilities. Using proprietary design technology can achieve excellent temperature drift (3 ppm/°C) and high accuracy (0.05%). The reference voltage is available in 8-pin VSSOP and SOIC packages, and the rated temperature range is –40°C to 125°C.
