The UP1728 is a high-efficiency synchronous rectification buck converter with internal power switches. Fixed 1.2MHz PWM operation allows the smallest possible output ripple and external component size. The UP1728 can deliver 3.0A of output current over a wide input voltage range of 2.6V to 5.5V. Other features of the UP1728 include internal soft-start, the chip enables, overvoltage, under voltage, overtemperature, and overcurrent protection.
