LM4040DIZ-4.1/NOPB is a precision micro-power shunt voltage reference. The advanced design of the voltage reference does not require external stabilizing capacitors, while ensuring the stability of any capacitive load, making the LM4040 series easy to use. Further reducing the design workload is the availability of several fixed reverse breakdown voltages of 4.1V. The band gap reference temperature drift curvature correction and low dynamic impedance ensure stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide operating temperature and current range.
