L6387ED

L6387ED is a simple and compact high-voltage gate driver, manufactured with BCD™ offline technology, capable of driving half-bridges of power MOS or IGBT devices. The high-side (floating) part can work on a voltage rail up to 600V. The logic input is compatible with CMOS/TTL to simplify the interface with the control device. The L6387ED has UVLO protection on the VCC power supply voltage and integrates a bootstrap diode to achieve a more compact and reliable solution.
