Hello, I purchased the lucky miner lv07 and have a similar issue.

It also arrived in perfect condition and initially it worked (about 24 hours),

On day 2, I realised the miner restarted randomly, this happens a few minutes after connecting to a pool address. the temperatures do not exceed 50 degrees. My power consumption is about 17 w. The frequency is 575Mhz the core voltage is 1200 mV (Default)

I have tried reducing the frequency and voltages and various pools.

If I connect to Unminable, it's very stable but, I only get about 11 to 30 Gh/s. (Even if I increase the voltage or frequency. It might just be a slow pool)

If I connect to Cruxpool I can get 1 Th/s. On day 1, I was getting 1 Th/s. Now, it will not stay connected long enough to record any usage.

I have discovered the pool and difficulty might be the problem ? I am in australia and trying different Cruxpool servers in Europe, Australia and Asia, I can sometimes make the unit run for up to 10 mins using a server with more latency but, then it restarts again.

If I solomine using public-pool.io it seems to get 1 Th/s.

This makes me think that this is pool related ? I was aiming to try nicehash next but have not git working yet.

Am I correct that is these units find the task too difficult they restart ?

You can set the core voltage to be 1250mV to have a try.

Keep your internet stable.

At the moment the possible causes that I have ruled out are:

-firmware in the latest available version.

-unstable connection: miner is within good Wi-Fi range.

-frequency (525Mhz) and voltage (1200mV): suitable frequency and voltage.

-Overheating: the appropriate temperature does not exceed 55 degrees.

-mining pool: I have tried a large number of pools and the problem persists.

-Try faster DNS.

At the moment I don't know what else to try to stop these types of random reboots.

One of the suggestions I saw was to open ports on the router, but I'm not sure if this does anything.

Or did I just receive a damaged unit?
